FitArcadia
A private performance studio, sold on method rather than motivation. Explore the demo →

The concept brief
Premium personal training is a considered purchase. Someone comparing studios is deciding whether to trust a coach with their body, their time and a monthly fee — and most gym websites answer that with stock motivation.
The self-initiated brief was a studio site that sells the method instead: what each discipline involves and costs, what happens in the first session, and what gets measured, with an enquiry that feels like the start of an assessment rather than a sales form.
Three disciplines, priced up front
Studio training, online coaching and nutrition, each with its own page, what is included and where the price starts.
An enquiry that works like an assessment
Three short steps: the goal, how you want to train, then contact details and timeline. The coach receives a brief, not a blank message.
Results, clearly marked as sample content
Case studies are built around re-test numbers. In the concept every one is labelled as sample content, to be replaced with real client results before launch.
The decisions that mattered
- Method before motivation. A four-chapter process — consult and assess, design the programme, coached execution, review and recalibrate — so a visitor knows what the first hour involves before they book it.
- Prices on the page. Every discipline shows where it starts. Hiding the price mostly loses the people who were ready to pay it.
- The enquiry qualifies itself. Goal, training preference and timeline arrive as structured answers, so each enquiry is ready for a coach to act on without a round of emails first.
- Enquiries land in a dashboard, not an inbox. A signed-in studio admin screen lists every enquiry with its goal, discipline and timeline, and tracks it from new to contacted to closed.
What it does
Home, services and a page for each discipline, sample client results with case study pages, who it is for, the process, about, a journal, FAQ, privacy and terms. A three-step enquiry form, a studio admin dashboard with sign-in and enquiry status tracking, and light and dark themes. It runs on Cloudflare Pages: the pages are static files, and the enquiry form and dashboard run as Cloudflare Functions on a D1 database. Photos, the film and the fonts are served from the site itself, sized for each screen.
